Account Information

Email address, display name, and team membership information when you create an account or join a team (IonIce).

Usage Data

Schedule and attendance records, game statistics (goals, assists, game time, penalties, shots), lineup configurations, and team management activities. In IonNow, game records are created and kept on your device.

Health & Fitness Data

When using the Garmin watch app integration in IonIce and IonGym, we may collect heart rate data and calorie information during hockey games and training sessions. This data is collected only with your explicit consent and is not shared with third parties.

Device Information

Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and service improvement purposes.

Purchase Information

Subscription status and purchase history for IonAce Pro and IonKit subscription features. We do not store full payment card details; these are handled by Apple.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our Service

4. Advertising

IonNow, IonAce, and IonKit display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

IonIce team data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage). IonNow, IonAce, IonKit, and IonGym store data locally on your device only and do not transmit personal data to our servers.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
